I just came from my local fye outlet, and there was a sign over with the other DVD releases, and there it was—”SNAKES ON A PLANE”–and it said DECEMBER 2!!!!! I stared at it long and hard to make sure I wasn’t dreaming!!! :-D
But then I go to the fye Web site, and it says 1/2/07 like everyone else–so perhaps someone at my local fye outlet fails at reading comprehension. :-(
I went back to my local fye today, and I asked the girl behind the counter, “Why does it say over there that ‘Snakes on a Plane’ will be out on December 5 (I was wrong before), but everyone else, including the fye Web site, says Jan. 2? Because if it IS gonna be here December 5, I’ll be outside when the doors open in the morning!”
She says, and I quote: “I don’t care if it ever comes out on video. I hate that friggin’ movie.”
Needless to say, I’m taking my business elsewhere. :-p
FULLscreen? Ewww… I say thee NAY! I like the one with the black snake-skin background best. “Internet Fan Featurette”, huh? Can’t wait to see THAT. ;-)
