Snakes on an MTV Interview
April 15th, 2006 at 1:59 pm

MTV has a short interview up with Sunny Mabrey who plays a stewardess. She does a remarkable job of restating the premise of the movie:

[The mobsters] see him and they’re after him, and Sam Jackson is a FBI guy sent to protect him. He’s going to L.A. to testify against this guy, and [Jackson] tries to throw them off the track by putting him in the first-class section of a passenger plane. Somehow, a mafia guy gets these black-market deadly snakes and he finds a way to get them on the plane and mayhem ensues.

I wonder how putting a witness in first class will “throw them off the track”?

There’s comedy in the movie, so it’s not like I have to make my part campy, because the parts that are scary are scary, they are terrifying, so you don’t have to make it like a Scary Movie, it’s not like one big skit or anything. It’s like a real movie. It’s funny and it’s terrifying and there’s some sad parts. [...]
