I went to New Line Cinema’s Press Release page today. I hadn’t been there before and I was curious if there would be anything worth seeing. Nope. Then I went to New Line’s Movie Publicity Page and voila, there is indeed a Snakes on a Plane Publicity Page. (They also have it listed as “Snakes on Planes” on this page… they clearly don’t have as much respect for the title as we do).
Anyway, the Publicity site includes this standard synopsis:
Samuel L. Jackson stars in the intense action feature Snakes On A Plane from director David Ellis (Final Destination 2, Cellular). Jackson plays an FBI agent who is escorting a witness on a flight from Hawaii to Los Angeles when an assassin releases hundreds of deadly snakes on a commercial airplane in order to eliminate the witness. The FBI agent, along with a rookie pilot, frightened crew and passengers must then band together in a desperate attempt to survive.
It also includes the standard publicity photos (I would guess this is where they originally came from) and a link to http://www.snakesonaplanemovie.com/ which I somehow missed before. There’s no real content on the site yet, but at least they spelled the name of the movie right.
